I have a moderate backlog of Instagram photos (you can find the full spectrum on my pinterest), so today here's some of my 'life according to instagram' around the holiday time. Starting from the top left hand corner clockwise:

It's high time I plopped down and got down to business and yesterday I did precisely that. After months of putting it off I am the proud owner of an Etsy! *gasp* and being completely shameless I'm going to self promoted --> here --> ThreadedKey.etsy.com

Ok enough of that, in addition to being completely disgruntled with the internet, and the general picture editing to posting process, the snow made me crave the warm feeling and distinct aroma that is attached to small baked goods. So I dug out my crappy clearance-aisle desert book and flipped until I found something appealing.

Turns out chocolate cake was just the desert-fix I needed, and here are the results:
